We provide IT support, Microsoft 365 help, technology consulting and practical AI training in Homerton, Hackney and East London, with remote support across London and Greater London.

Information we may handle

Depending on your enquiry or support request, this may include your name, contact details, preferred appointment or service location, the details of your enquiry, service and billing records, and information about the devices, accounts or technical problem you ask us to help with. A support session may expose personal files or account information on your device. We ask you to close unrelated material and not send passwords by ordinary email. We only access information needed to provide the agreed help.

Please do not send special-category or highly sensitive information unless it is necessary for the support you have requested. If it is necessary, we will handle it only for that purpose and with appropriate care.

Why we use it and our lawful bases

  • Replying to enquiries and preparing or carrying out requested work: steps at your request before a contract and performance of a contract.
  • Keeping service, payment and accounting records and dealing with disputes: our legitimate interests in running and protecting the business, and legal obligations where they apply.
  • Security, troubleshooting and preventing misuse of our website or services: our legitimate interests in keeping them secure and reliable.
  • Optional marketing: only where permitted by law; you can object or unsubscribe at any time.

We do not use enquiry information for unrelated advertising. We do not make decisions about you solely by automated means.

Website logs, cookies and third parties

The supplied website is a static site with no contact form, analytics code, advertising tags or embedded third-party media. It does not intentionally set non-essential cookies. Like most websites, the hosting service may process technical request information such as IP address, browser details and pages requested in server logs to deliver and secure the site. Your browser may also store essential technical data. The hosting provider and its actual logging and retention arrangements should be checked with the site host.

We may share the minimum relevant information with service providers who help operate communications, hosting, payment or accounting services, and where required by law or needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. We do not sell personal information. If a provider processes information outside the UK, we will use it only where an appropriate transfer mechanism and safeguards apply.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiry information only as long as needed to respond and follow up, then delete it unless the enquiry leads to work or must be retained for a legal claim. Service and financial records are kept for as long as needed to provide support, handle queries and meet applicable tax and accounting requirements. Device information or temporary files accessed during support should be removed when no longer needed. The appropriate period depends on the record and legal requirements; we review records and securely delete or anonymise them when there is no continuing need.

Your data protection rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access to your personal information, correction, deletion or restriction, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also have a right to receive certain information in a portable form. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. These rights are subject to legal conditions and exceptions. Contact us using the details above; we may need to verify your identity before responding.

You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint. We would appreciate the chance to address your concern first.

Changes to this policy

We may update this notice when our services or data practices change. The current version will be available on this page with its update date.
